THE MISUSE AND CURSING OF JESUS’ NAME

Someone sent me an email where they described their situation and said that all though she spoke to certain people at work about their mis-use of the name of Jesus Christ, these people did not give any thought to what she said and even got mad when she reiterated her point.
I then sent her the following information, as set out below, which was the basis of how I saw this situation.
The first unmistakable fact is that through no other name can we be saved, except through the name of Jesus Christ.
ACT 4:11 This [Jesus] is the Stone which was despised and rejected by you, the builders, but which has become the Head of the corner [the Cornerstone].
ACT 4:12 there is salvation in and through no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by and in which we must be saved.
As evil as satan is, just as sly he is and he knows that if you use Jesus’ Name as a curse word, you can’t go to God in that same Name.
He knows that I cannot now use the Name of Jesus Christ as a curse word, or whatever you call it, and then go back to our Father and use the same Name as the only Mediator between me and my Father – unless you in deep repentance beg our Lord for forgiveness and then do everything in your power to never blaspheme His Name again.
1 TIM 2:5 For there is only one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity–the man Christ Jesus.
Satan knows that, what you actually then do is to tell God the following:
“The only Name that You gave me, which I should use if I want to come to You, all though I usually use this Name for cursing, because this Name actually does not mean that much to me anyway, well it is that Name that I am now coming through to ask something of You.”
Thus, you should be able to see the extreme implications of your actions, here in. The person that uses the Name of Jesus for cursing has no communication with God – whatsoever – and such a person paves his or her way straight to hell – should he or she not change their ways. Because you see, the One that carries this Name, says:
JHN 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the Way and theTruth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) Me.
Our FAITH is the only faith in the world, where our Savior’s name is used as a cursing word. The reason for this is obvious – it is because it’s the only Name, which can bring you into a loving-relationship with God. The blood of the One who carries this Name is the only thing that can cleanse you of all your sin.
1 JHN 1:7 But if we [really] are living and walking in the Light, as He [Himself] is in the Light, we have [true, unbroken] fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses (removes) us from all sin and guilt [keeps us cleansed from sin in all its forms and manifestations].
No other name is of such major endangerment for satan and therefore he does not give any attention to any other name of any other religion.
Because of the fact that you are speaking to people about this matter and they are not willing to listen but they actually take offence, take note: God knows of all the times you have spoken to people about them using His Name in vain. And, if they carry on with doing this, and even become nasty when you speak to them about it – there comes a time – according to the Word as I understand it where you may say: “Enough is enough.”
MAT 10:12-16
12 As you go into the house give your greetings and wish it well.
13 Then if indeed that house is deserving, let come upon it your peace [that is, [b] freedom from all the distresses that are experienced as the result of sin]. But if it is not deserving, let your peace return to you.
14 And whoever will not receive and accept and welcome neither you nor listen to your message, as you leave that house or town, shake the dust [of it] from your feet.
15 Truly I tell you, it shall be more tolerable on the Day of Judgment for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah than for that town.
16 Behold, I am sending you out like sheep in the midst of wolves; be wary and wise as serpents, and be innocent (harmless, guileless, and without falsity) as doves.
Here is an example of how the disciples obeyed this instruction of the Lord:
ACT 13:50 But the Jews stirred up the devout women of high rank and the outstanding men of the town, and instigated persecution against Paul and Barnabas and drove them out of their boundaries.
ACT 13:51 But [the apostles] shook off the dust from their feet against them and went to Ikónium.
They came to a point where they said:
“Enough is enough.” Don’t let satan take your peace, while you must keep on hearing people curse the Name of Jesus.
In conclusion:
Remember what I am going to share with you now – if you go to a program, movie or sit in company where Jesus’ Name is used as a mock, slander or a curse word, and you continue to watch the program, movie or enjoy the company –
More and more Christians with whom I deal, make me understand in one way or another that it seems to them that God no longer listen to them, but there are also more and more Christians who has made a habit out of using Jesus’ Name in vain – just like the rest of the world.- and if they don’t use His name in vain or as a curse word, they enjoy the programs or movies or company, as if it’s just one of those things in life.
By doing this, from where I am standing, they are denouncing the Name of Jesus – and if God is not listening to worldly-people, He is probably closing His ears and turning His back on the people that should know better, and not be doing this.
HEB 10:28 Any person who has violated and [thus] rejected and set at naught the Law of Moses is put to death without pity or mercy on the evidence of two or three witnesses.
Heb 10:29 How much worse (sterner and heavier) punishment do you suppose he will be judged to deserve who has spurned and [thus] trampled underfoot the Son of God, and who has considered the covenant blood by which he was consecrated common and unhallowed, thus profaning it and insulting and outraging the [Holy] Spirit [Who imparts] grace (the unmerited favour and blessing of God)?
The New Living Translation read as follows:
HEB 10:29 Just think how much worse the punishment will be for those who have trampled on the Son of God, and have treated the blood of the covenant, which made us holy, as if it were common and unholy, and have insulted and disdained the Holy Spirit who brings God’s mercy to us.
