DO YOU STAND NEUTRAL TOWARDS JESUS ?

In the history stories we often read of extremely loyal and brave soldiers in the service of their king or leader, who were willing to die for him.
One that comes to mind is the example of three of David's men.
We read in 2 SAM 23:13-17
13 And three of the thirty chief men went down and came about harvest time to David at the cave of Adullam, when a band of Philistines was encamped in the Valley of Rephaim.
14 David was then in the stronghold, and the garrison of the Philistines was then at Bethlehem.
15 And David said longingly, "Oh, that someone would give me water to drink from the well of Bethlehem that is by the gate!"
16 Then the three mighty men broke through the camp of the Philistines and drew water out of the well of Bethlehem that was by the gate and carried and brought it to David. But he would not drink of it. He poured it out to the LORD
17 and said, "Far be it from me, O LORD, that I should do this. Shall I drink the blood of the men who went at the risk of their lives?" Therefore he would not drink it. These things the three mighty men did.
It is this kind of love and loyalty, just much more, that we should have for Jesus our Commander all the way through our fight in this life against satan. Because we keep in mind and appreciate:
He hung on the cross for you and me.
He hung in our place so that you and I receive the loving mercy of our Lord to make the choice between a love relationship with Jesus and eternal life with Him in heaven or to choose the world above Him and thus to choose satan – or to be neutral towards Jesus and thus in any case face eternal hell with the devil.”
JOH 3:18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
Yes!
JOHN 1:12 But to all who did receive him,(Jesus Christ) who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God,
How wonderful to have this insurance:
JOHN 5:24 Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.
Of course, because our Lord created you and me in His image, we, like Him, have a will of our own.
So, if you've already heard of Jesus, there's another option you have:
You can choose a love relationship with the god of this world and end up dying in hell forever, a horrible hellish death and yet never die.
JOHN 3:36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
Now why does the wrath of God remain on me, if I, having heard of Jesus and now know of Him and then turn my back on Him, or ignore Him, or stand neutral? – Which is all with God exactly the same as I will show you –
Because my friend:
ROM 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
But how wonderful, we read in the following verse of Romans 3:
ROM 3:24 and (we, His children) are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, (Those who accepted Him as their Saviour and Redeemer and follow Him to the end).
I mentioned that even being neutral towards Jesus is a decision against Jesus. Read what He Himself says about this statement:
MAT 12:30 Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters.
In other words. Whether I want to know it or not –
God has written for me in His Word – or put it another way:
Jesus, God who became man, tells every person to whom the gospel of Jesus has already been preached – in other words, to whom Jesus sent His gospel, because He also want them to be part of His holy people, as the Word puts it: "Come, follow me."
MAT 4:19 And he said to them, "Follow me,
If you, who are reading here, have not yet responded to His voice calling to you in the past, He come to you again today in His great love with this divine guarantee:
JOHN 5:24 Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.
On a later occasion, Jesus reaffirmed this guarantee when He said:
JOHN 6:47 Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes has eternal life.
I now conclude this writing with this question and these are Jesus' own words and today He ask you again through this writing that you have read so far:
JOHN 11:26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Do you believe that?
There really is NO other way to start a love relationship with our Lord and be saved from hell.
ACTS 4:12 And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." (Only Jesus Christ alone)
JOHN 10:9 I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture.
Do you want to move from spiritual death to eternal life?
Do you want to make sure that you will live forever in the afterlife and not die forever a
terrible unending death in hell?
Well the only way to do that is to tell Jesus in your own words (in like the following example) and in real sincerity:
"Jesus, I hear You knock at the door of my heart.
I now realize that without You in my life, I, a sinful human being, am lost.
Jesus I accept You as my Saviour and Redeemer and I now entrust my life to You. ”
REV 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.
Now you seek, as a matter of great urgency, for a congregation that acknowledge and accept the whole Bible as the Holy Word of our Lord.
Visit the congregation on a day that there is a worship service to our Lord and after the service make an appointment with the minister/pastor of that congregation for further guidance.
You do not have to be, so to say, a super Christian right away. Just keep your eyes on Jesus after you have accepted Him and the Holy Spirit will educate you from a new born Christian, to where He want you in this life.
Also surround yourself with people, not those who say they are Christians but with Christians in whom you can see Jesus.
Someone ask:
"How can I know for sure that I am now a child of our Lord, if I am really in sincerity took everything that you wrote to heart and acted accordingly?"
It is very simple and our Lord conclude it in a short and powerful summary for us in His Word and you have already read it:
JOHN 1:12 But to all who did receive Him,(Jesus Christ) who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God,
