A WARNING: DO NOT BE PERSUADED BY FEAR

Years ago, around 2015 – 2016, I received the question below from someone and then I answered the person as you will read.
The reason I still share it with people after all these years is to show you how ridiculousness and senseless all these frightful conspiracy theories are that goes around, so that you can also grasp, that if they don't shout "fear" for the personal attention it gives them, then it is for other evil motives – such as improving their properties' value and so I can go on.
Please pay particular attention to the dates in the letter that was shared with me. While you remember, all that these people get right with their false conspiracy theories and false prophecies and false new revelations is to shout "Wolf, Wolf!" so that when the real wolf makes his appearance no one, as in the story, will believe what they hear, or as in the case, what they read.
1THS 5:3 While people are saying, "There is peace and security," (because they say, it is just somebody shouting wolf-wolf) then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.
And satan is going to laugh at them – all their way to hell.
1 THS 5:4 But you aren't in the dark about these things, dear brothers and sisters, and you won't be surprised when the day of the Lord comes like a thief.
1THS 5:5 For you are all children of light, children of the day. We are not of the night or of the darkness. (Because we believe the Word, just the Word and nothing else but the Word as far as the end times is concerned and walk so in the light to our heavenly home.)
1THS 5:6 So then let us not sleep, as others do, but let us keep awake and be sober.
Pay special attention to the dates in the letter you are going to read:
Someone wrote to me and included a letter which the person had received, and I will share it with you shortly, but first the following:
Even though I received this writing a while back, I think it is at present a relevant subject, because every so often, as I call it ‘scaremongering’ mail goes around, to swindle gullible and frightened people to let satan rob them from their peace or of their money etc.
Child of God, be very, very careful when you receive mail or where someone shares with you about the gospel of Jesus Christ and through the Word tries to misuse and scare you and through panic try and convince you to do something or the other.
In most of these instances the gospel of Jesus Christ is misused to obtain your money or possessions or even both, or your peace, by swindling it from you.
The best way that I can suggest to you is the following:
If it ever so slightly feels that they are trying to scare you, “delete” the writing immediately and if you are in a church service where you as a child of our Lord are being frightened, stand up and walk out.
Do not continue reading or listening, and in that way benefit satan with his evilness who is trying to get you to take your eyes of Jesus.
If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour or if you have strayed away from Jesus, then certainly you have reason to worry concerning the end time.
Before I proceed, I want to first share with you the writing I received – and this is strictly an example of many similar mails which I have received over the years, and I am convinced there will be many, many more similar emails which will do the round before Jesus comes back for us, His children.
I have removed the man’s personal information, some of my commentary which was given is between “() bold. Apart from that I am sending it to you exactly as I received it:

“ Dear Reader,
We trust that it is going well. Our previous letter is attached for those who did not already receive it.
The aim of this letter is to ascertain who is serious about taking part in our development project on the farm to become self-sufficient when necessary. There should be many more of these types of projects. We must do this without the assistance of the “one world government”, through our own efforts to be able to eat and drink so that we can survive. Time is quickly running out, we must begin now. The time has come to become obedient to our Heavenly Father’s warnings and act accordingly. The goal is not to go to the farm, but to prepare, so that there is a place where we can go to ensure our survival, when the time comes.
It is very clear that you and I, and the rest of the world, are being involuntarily swept by a swirling maelstrom of economic, socio-economic, social, technological and geographical world changing conditions.
Locally, the SABC missed the deadline to start broadcasting digitally, in June. They are now ready to start transmitting this month. Approximately 5 million decoders have been given to those who cannot afford digital receivers. They have even supplied some televisions. All televisions, even the old ones, are able to handle the digital transmission through the decoders. The reason? So that as many people as possible can be contacted. “Fibre” for internet access, driven by the UN (United Nations), which gives extremely fast internet access, which is already available locally. IBM has spent $3,2 billion on “RFID” (Radio – Frequency Identification). The extreme push to make communications universal, is so that the coming one-world government will be able to communicate with each and every one on earth!
Cash is currently the only paying method to economic freedom. This seems to be only in the short-term. All indications are that cash will disappear during 2018, the withdrawal of cash from the economy, This should be a great red light for all ‘believers’. This is a warning. The reality is that by the time this happens, it will be too late to react to the Father’s warnings.
The moment cash is replaced, you and I will no-longer have control over our money. Then money will only be in digital form and it will then be prescribe how we can make purchases and sell things. This will be the beginning, and will end when the mark of the beast is forced onto us!
This is the great danger. Unless you, like us, do not take on the mark of the beast, (When the mark of the beast appears, only the people who have not accepted Jesus as their Redeemer and Saviour, or those who will never want to will be here) if you want to prepare together with us, then what you want to buy so that you can be self-sufficient, must be bought, before the microchip becomes the payment method of the future. I cannot emphasize this any stronger. As soon as money is replaced, then the microchip will replace the debit- and credit card.
Unless you have made the decision to remain on the other side, you must please let us know so that we can start implementing our plans. This is not my warning, command or plan, we are clearly told through the Writings what is coming and we must do. See 1. Rev 18:4 Then I heard another voice from heaven say: “’Come out of her, my people,’ so that you will not share in her sins, (We must get out from under their control, concerning sin but evangelize the whole time you are governed by them) so that you will not receive any of her plagues; 2. Mat 24:15 “So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’ spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand — 3. Mat 24:16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. (Take note that those who are in Judea must flee to the hills, because the Jews who have not become Christians are those who will have to flee, Christians who are in South Africa will not have to flee farms or other such places in the ‘gramadoelas (back of the beyond)’, generally because Christians, as I will show you, will no-longer be here.) Why must we do this? 4. Mat 24:21 For then there will be great distress, unequalled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equalled again. 5. Mat 24:25
Look, I have given you advance warning.
People who take part in this project are obedient to the Father’s Word. There should be no expectation of a return on your investment. The project will be similar to a Kibbutz where everyone will take part in maintaining the living conditions on the farm. The aim is just to survive, till and during the rapture. (When the mark of the beast will make its appearance, Jesus will already have collected His children.) For profit, returns and speculation there will be no more time. (As I have mentioned, that I will show you, When the mark of the beast makes its appearance, Jesus will have already collected His true children through the event we call the rapture.)
We have started making payments for the farm Nuaga (The Gate), between Prieska and Marydale, which borders onto the Orange river, and believe the bond will be paid off shortly. The development will take on the form of a vacation/retirement resort to make it easier to conform to regulations (and sky rocket the market value of the farm for its owners.) We have a person in Australia who presently is making the greatest contribution to the bond payments. His plan is to begin farming by June 2017 so that preparation for food is already made. (Clearly the writer does not believe that Jesus at the time of his writing, that Jesus will not come within the next few months. Now I wonder where did he receive his information, considering that according to Jesus, not Jesus Himself could say something like that) He has suggested to me that we should have an organic farm and he will complete a course in Australia before he returns to SA. (Begging your pardon, he seems to know, according to what I have just read, that Jesus will not return within the next few years)
Please let me know if you are interested. Please let the people around you know about this. We want to ascertain what need there will be and what is needed to establish a Co-Operative. Should the numbers justify it, we shall do that.
If you have any doubts about what is in this letter, test everything that you have been told through The Writings, and also the current happenings in the world.

That was now the letter.
The person who sent me the letter that you have just read, asked me for my opinion about it.
My response to this letter is – to say it in a gentle way – I think it is an absolutely disgrace and loathsome disgusting lie.
Let me share with you the following:
First let me share with you about Christians and fear – fear, which is generously used in the writing above.
If you have repented and given your heart to our Lord and have accepted Jesus Christ as your Redeemer and Saviour, then you have no need to be fearful, and you will also know the loving mercy of our Lord in your life – that amongst other things you will not fear the end times.
Because you see:
ROM 8:15-18
15 The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.”
16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.
17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.
Present Suffering and Future Glory
18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us
O!
How gloriously that we, His children, can rejoice:
2 TIM 1:7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
That is why we do not hide in holes, it doesn’t matter what form the holes take, we are soldiers, who have clothed themselves in the armour of Christ, our Leader, and if you have not yet clothed yourself, do it:
EPH 6:11-18
11 Put on the full armour of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
13 Therefore put on the full armour of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,
15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.
16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
Jesus’s soldiers are not going to hide away or burry their heads in the sand like an ostrich, because we have received orders from our Commander Jesus Christ to save people from the lost world:
MAT 28:19 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
MAT 28:20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Then, when we have worked and everyone that should be saved is ready – praise the Name of our Lord!..
Then, before hell breaks free here on earth:
1 COR 15:51-55
51 Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—
52 in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.
53 For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality.
54 When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true:
“Death has been swallowed up in victory.”
55 “Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?”
I did say that I will show you through the Word that we will no longer be here when the mark of the beast makes its appearance.
