I want to start this writing to you by just explaining why I am sharing with you something that happened some time ago.
This is to warn you against fake email that satan’s henchmen send around every time about something extraordinary is going to happen – and sometimes when nothing extraordinary is happening, then with satan as their father, they just make up some evil falsehood and send it into the world.
I just want to plead with you with this writing –
Always make sure first, for example by first investigating, whether what you have received and now perhaps want to send out, comes from a credible source.
Because remember, if I forward a false story, I promote the work of satan. Because every lie I send out, according to Jesus, has its origins in satan.
Read the following what Jesus is saying to His opponents in this regard:
JOHN 8:44
44You are of your father the devil, and it is your will to practice the desires [which are characteristic] of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks what it natural to him, for he is a liar and the father of lies and half-truths.
I share with you the following, so you can see what I mean.
Someone wrote to me on occasion:
Hope it is going well. I want to ask you regarding something the whole world is talking about: The three days of darkness.
Where they talk about demons and spirits being released and that you shouldn’t open your doors and windows and don’t even look through them.
It’s going to be chaos and very scary. I mean the noises etc that come with it.
Do you know anything about it? Is it biblical? Is it true?
I then asked the person to send me more information and when the person then answered me, I was able to get behind the ‘blowing smoke’ fearmongering, and here is what I then answered the person:
Now that you’ve told me a little more background to the nonsense that was sent to you, I can clearly see where it originated.
You can go Google what I’m sharing with you now if you don’t know about it.
Some time ago, I really can’t remember how long ago it was, but it wasn’t too long ago, there was a total solar eclipse in America – and now I’m going to try to explain how it works, but first – Then there were a bunch of these false rumours and with them the prophets of doom who spread all kinds of fearful rubbish, and with them there were also those, who did not grant other people a unique experience, and therefore it was preached, among other things, that you had to close your doors and windows and curtains because they didn’t want those who could to experience the eclipse.
Now how does a solar eclipse work?
Now remember, that I am blind, so I am explaining to you now to the best of my ability how I can remember the sort of thing and how it works, from the days when I could still see and it is also a long time ago, because I started to lose my sight in 1978.
The sun is much larger than the moon, and the earth is also larger than the moon.
Now it happens from time to time, that the moon moves between the sun and the earth. Then the moon’s round shadow falls on the earth, but only on a part of the earth, because the earth is bigger than the moon and the moon is also a long way from the earth.
That part of the earth where it is day, and where the moon’s shadow falls on the earth, will then be exactly as dark as at night, but because the moon moves very quickly, it will be on that specific part of the earth, for only 4 minutes be dark as night.
Now, when the moon passed briefly between the sun and the earth, the moon’s shadow fell only on parts of America, and it started in Mexico.
So, for 4 minutes the people in Mexico experienced during daytime, dark as night for 4 minutes and this shadow of the moon moved quickly over America, because the moon passed so quickly between the sun and the earth.
All the people in large parts of America got the chance to experience for 4 minutes in their day, night – and it started in Mexico and moved up through America to Canada and people went from all over the world to be somewhere in one in some of the places where the moon’s shadow will move.
If someone wants to understand how it looks and happens, you can shine a flashlight, for example, on a soccer ball in a dark room and move your hand in front of the flash and then see how your hand’s shadow move over the soccer ball.
The next solar eclipse will be in 2030, if our Lord remain to come, and then the shadow of the moon will move over Namibia and the Free State in South Africa and wherever it will be dark for 4 minutes, industries will make a lot of money with the tourists who will come again from all over the world, to experience completely night for 4 minutes in the day.
Then you can also be sure, satan is going to use his followers again to spread all kinds of rubbish to instil fear in people, and as it also happened now, to cry out “wolf-wolf!” when there wasn’t even a newborn puppy around.
In this way satan will abuse something every now and then, so that his followers must shout “wolf-wolf,” scaremongering on his behalf.
As a child of God, you and I should always remember these two facts when people send you such rubbish:
Firstly –
We find everything in the Word/Bible that we need to know, what will happen before our Lord is coming to get us.
Secondly.
You and I, our Lord’s children, have absolutely nothing to fear from what will come upon this world in the end times.
Our Lord is coming to get us – His children who will still be alive – before hell literally break loose on this earth – but make no mistake, all the signs are there that His coming is very close.
In connection with what I have just mentioned to you, we read in His precious Word – and I will then leave you with the passages, which, among other things, you can always remember when people send you, as a child of our Lord, these frightening boloney deceitful stories:
ROM 8:15
15For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading again to fear [of God’s judgment], but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons [the Spirit producing sonship] by which we [joyfully] cry, “Abba! Father!”
Next, and it is Jesus speaking here:
MATTHEW 24:24-26
24For false Christs and false prophets will appear and they will provide great signs and wonders, so as to deceive, if possible, even the elect (God’s chosen ones). 25Listen carefully, I have told you in advance. 26So if they say to you, ‘Look! He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out there, or, ‘Look! He is in the inner rooms [of a house],’ do not believe it.
You and I, followers of Jesus, do not need someone to tell us this or that about Jesus’ coming or what is ahead.
We have all what we need to know, in His Word – and believe me, every person on this earth will know when our Lord Jesus is coming:
It is again Jesus speaking here:
MATTHEW 24:27
27For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will be the coming [in glory] of the Son of Man [everyone will see Him clearly].
What you and I must always keep in mind and make sure that we are prepared and stay on guard against satan, is the following – and again it is Jesus who is speaking:
MAT 24:42
Be Ready for His Coming
42“So be alert [give strict attention, be cautious and active in faith], for you do not know which day [whether near or far] your Lord is coming.
Then we read on:
1THS 5:8-10
8But since we [believers] belong to the day, let us be sober, having put on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet, the hope and confident assurance of salvation. 9For God has not destined us to [incur His] wrath [that is, He did not select us to condemn us], but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10who died [willingly] for us, so that whether we are awake (alive) or asleep (dead) [at Christ’s appearing], we will live together with Him [sharing eternal life].
REV 3:10
10‘Because you have kept the word of My endurance [My command to persevere], I will keep you [safe] from the hour of trial, that hour which is about to come on the whole [inhabited] world, to test those who live on the earth.”
